I want to rock the RPM between the reds and greens
Yet another gripe I have about living in the 'Peg is that I'm not able to check out the Edward Strichen exhibit at the AGO.My dad turned me on to the work of Ansel Adams a few years ago and I became obsessed, moving to make the connection from Adams to Steichen and Stieglitz completely blew me away, and I've been in love ever since.
His work is among my favorite examples of pictorialism and I would absolutely kill to get my hands on an issue of " Camera Work" that features his work, though I know it's virtually impossible so it would mean the world to me to see an exhibit featuring his stuff, in particular his fashion photography because they've always been favorites of mine.
Fortunately this book is available to help satiate my needs... but it'll have to wait until after the Holidays, funds are too tight at the moment.
